    We are a 100% family owned business based out of Illinois, USA.

    Gifting (and shopping) has been fun for me all my life. Knowing a person, understanding what they would love and trying to find that perfect product takes love, enthusiasm for shopping, and a lot of patience. On many occasions, we do not have the time or an idea of what to give for a particular occasion. Asteria.One was founded for these moments. We CREATE, we DESIGN, and we SHOP so you can just BUY!

    Orders

    You can apply the discount code when checking out. Just enter the code in the Discount field. If the code doesn't work, and you don't get a message that the deal has expired, please contact Customer Service for help.

    Please always double-check that you've placed your order correctly: sizes, colors, quantities, and especially the address. Due to our short processing time, we can’t ensure that changing your order will be possible. Contact us as soon as possible.

    As soon as you've made your payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If you weren't notified, contact Customer Service as soon as possible by filling out a form at in the contact us page. Check your spam folder too before contacting us.

    Shipping/Returns

    We do. In the product page look for the shipping info. Some of the products have the same flat rate or free shipping for international shipping as well. Others can be shipped outside the US for an additional fee.  Consult the product page for the applicable shipping for that product.

    If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified. Many of our products are custom made and go into production once the order is placed. Once the manufacturing process starts it is not possible to cancel or change the order.

    Most products are shipped directly from the US or Europe and are shipped within one or two business days, and will take from three to ten business days to arrive. There are few items that may ship from Asia directly. They may take up to five business days to ship and may take up to 20 - 25 days to arrive. Consult the individual product page for more information. For custom print products like T-Shirts allow 3-6 days for production before shipment.

    Most products are shipped directly from the US or Europe. We have a few products that may ship from Asia. Look at the particular product page to know more about the shipping of that product. Few products are shipped directly from third-party warehouses to you.

    Whatever you pay for shipping is what we charge in addition to the product price. However based on the country you are in you may have to pay customs / import duty. This is not under our control and the amount varies based on the country you are in. You usually pay this at the delivery. This shouldn't apply to small jewelry and apparel items but consult your country's import rules before ordering.

    Product Information

    We source from all over the world for the best quality products. Most of the wooden products or apparels are made in US or Europe. Some of the plastic products may be made in Asia.

    Yes. Unless otherwise specified all sizes are US sizes. Please be sure to check out our sizing chart so you can order the right size. Some item sizes/measurements differ depending on the manufacturer.

    If it is about the functionality of the product you may want to contact the manufacturer of the product first.

    The best way to contact us is through the Contact Us page in our site. You can try calling us although being a very small US based team we may not be able to answer in person. In such cases please leave a voice mail and we will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

    Product Issues

    Please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible) and the item itself. Send the picture to us to orders@asteria.one. You can also contact us through the contact us page, along with a brief description of the problem. This way, we can see the damage clearly and offer you the best solution.

    If you have ordered multiple items they may ship separately in different packages. If your order is missing an item, please take a picture of the package your item came in (the quantity, weight, and address should be visible). Send the picture to us to orders@asteria.one. You can also contact us through the contact us page, along with a brief description of the problem. This way, we can contact the shipping company and resolve your issue as soon as possible.

    Data / Privacy

    Our billing is handled by our payment providers securely and we don't store your credit card details in our database.

    Yes. We always honor the rules and regulations around the world even though we are US based company. If you see something where we can do better do let us know.
